The Great Absinthe versus Alleve Debate

So. I just discovered that you can legally buy Absinthe in liquor stores in Canada but you cannot buy Alleve in drug stores.

Let me repeat, Absinthe - the liquor credited with making more than one 19th century artist go totally and absolutely insane - is completely legal but Alleve - an over counter drug meant to dispel the side affects of menstrual cramps - is not.

I love this country.
